General regulations:

 

  • A facemask is mandatory in all public buildings (reception, sanitary units, ...).

  • Keep a distance of 1,5 m at all times

  • Wash or disinfect your hands (min. 6 times a day)

  • Cough or sneeze in your elbow

  • Please follow the instructions of our staff at all times

  • We do not recommend having visitors over. They need to be registered at the reception desk.

 

  • Residents: stay in if you, or one of your close contacts, show one of the following symptoms: nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, coughing, temperature increase

  • Tourists: please leave the premises if you suffer from one of the following symptoms: nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, coughing, temperature increase

 

Foreign Visitors:

 

The Belgian government advises against any form of non-essential touristic travel beyond national borders

Visitors who have been abroad are obligated to fill out a Passenger Locator Form 48h prior to their arrival. More information can be found on https://travel.info-coronavirus.be

Overnight stays:

Please use your personal bathroom

Social gatherings > 50 people are prohibited on the entire premises

Regulations regarding are lodges are exactly the same as the rules concerning private gatherings at home. Lodges are thus accessible for one family + 8 adults.

 

RECEPTION:

 

Limit your visits to our reception desk

Always attempt to reach us by phone instead. If this remains impossible, you can visit our front desk

Only one person at a time is allowed to enter

We attempt to work with timeframes for check-ins and check-outs

Please follow our regulations, posted at the front office door 


SANITARY UNITS:

 

Please use your personal bathroom

You can find our specific regulations on our posters in the sanitary units

FOOD & DRINKS:

Our beach bar will be open every day (except when the rain kicks in)

Our bakery is up and running 

Meals to take away are available at 't Jachthuis, right outside the resort

Our café is open on Saturday evening

ANIMATION:

Our animation team will mainly organise outdoor activities

Maximum 50 people are allowed to join at once
